In today’s challenging economic times, financing for your comprehensive orthodontic treatment is more important than ever. At Maui Smile Works, we offer several different financial payment plans that make it easy for you to receive treatment and stay within your budget.

• To keep treatment affordable, we attempt to tailor a payment plan especially for you based on the following:
  • Case Fee
  • Insurance
  • Down Payment:
  • Monthly payment
• Every case is unique, but here are some sample no interest financial plans:
  • Example 1:  $5320 fee, 5% fee discount for payment in full=  $5,054
  • Example 2:  $5820 fee, $1500 Insurance, $1,000 down, 24 payments of $139
  • Example 3:  $5820 fee, no down, 24 payments of $243oac
  • Example 4:  $5820fee, $2910 down, 18 payments of  $162
• 5% fee discount for payment in full at beginning of treatment*
• 5% fee discount for immediate family members of our prior treated patients*
  *Discounts are not cumulative: 5% is the maximum fee discount allowable on any one fee
  *Discounts are calculated on out of pocket payment excluding insurance
• Insurance:
  • We research whether you have coverage and how much
  • We handle all paper work for you
  • We accept assignment of benefits
  • We will apply benefits towards your down payment
